Please indicate in the note: Contribution to the starting fee ......... (surname or club name). The pilot is registered after the amount is received in the organizer's bank account. Payment for the entry fee, food and camping must be received in the account 4 days before the competition. If the amount is not paid by the specified date, the pilot will not be included in the competition draw. In the event of non-participation of a registered pilot, the entry fee can be refunded in full only upon presentation of a certificate of a doctor's visit or the death of a relative. The pilot's withdrawal from the competition with the right to a refund of the entry fee is until October 7, 2025. If the pilot's participation is withdrawn after this date, the amount paid will not be refunded to the competitor. If the competition is officially cancelled at least a day in advance (e.g. due to weather, problems with the airport or other significant circumstances), the payments paid will be returned to the competitors within 5 days. On the day of the competition, the competition can only be cancelled with the consent of the majority of pilots present, in which case the payments will not be refunded.

Prices: The top three in seniors, seniors 65+ and juniors will receive cups.

Protest: Within 30 minutes of the results being published with a deposit of €50.

Safety: Each participant participates in the competition at their own risk and is obliged to comply with the basic safety regulations and instructions of the organizers, otherwise they may be excluded from the competition. The condition for participation in the competition is membership in the Lermas organization and a valid UAV pilot registration or valid FAI licence. All participants (competitors, assistants, organizers and judges) must behave decently throughout the competition and act and compete according to the principles of decent behaviour and fair play. The organizer reserves the right to exclude from the competition a participant who grossly violates these principles. Gross violations are mainly the following:

- fraudulent behaviour, such as:

• manipulation and distortion of results

• failure to report a penalizing event (e.g. part of the model falling off, the model touching a person during landing, etc.)

• unauthorized assistance to a competitor

- disruption of the friendly sporting atmosphere of the event by rude behaviour and indecent behaviour towards other participants or spectators. All potential disputes and protests are to be resolved in a respectful manner in cooperation with the sports jury and in accordance with applicable regulations

- before and during the entire sports event, the sale and consumption of alcohol is prohibited in the competition area. In the event of suspicion of alcohol consumption by a competitor, the organizer has the right to exclude the competitor from the competition. By submitting an application for the competition, the participant agrees to these conditions and takes them note.

A junior under 16 years of age may not pilot a model aircraft independently, even in the competition, only in the presence of a specific adult pilot with valid FAI licence.

Insurance:

The Slovak Aviation and Rocket Modeling Association has concluded an insurance contract with the insurance company Kooperativa a.s. VIG No. 6 596 135 340 / version 1 for insurance of the activities of association members in the performance of modeling activities. The competition organizer has the right to not admit an athlete to the competition without a valid insurance contract.
